Centipede & Millipede Control

Centipedes and millipedes both thrive in damp conditions — mulch beds, leaf litter, and damp basements or crawlspaces — and their indoor appearance is usually less about the bugs themselves and more a signal of a moisture problem worth addressing.

Centipedes are actually predatory and feed on other insects, so their presence can mean they're following a different pest problem indoors. Millipedes are harmless plant/decay feeders that wander in accidentally. Reducing moisture and sealing entry points resolves both more durably than repeated indoor treatment alone.
